公共英语三级口试：注意升降调

语调
语调是指说话时声调的高低变化。英语中最主要的两种语调就是降调和升调。降调用于肯定的语句、命令以及特殊疑问句，具有一种完整和结论性的口气。
(1)一般陈述句。例如：
This book is a novel．
She doesn ‘t like it at all．
(2)特殊疑问句。例如：
Where did you go?
What’S wrong with you?
(3)表示命令的祈使句。例如：
Be on time．
Don’t go out of the door!
(4)感叹句。例如：What a nice day!
HOW beautiful it is!
(5)反意疑问句。前面陈述句的内容是明显的事实，后面的问句只是表示客气，以引起别人的注意，或者说话者觉得自己的话是对的，期望得到别人的同意。例如：
It’S a nice day，isn’t it?
You came this moming，didn’t you?
升调用于一般疑问句和一切表示怀疑的语句，具有一种非完整性的口气。
(1)一般疑问句。例如：
Do you like sports?
Haven’t you done that before?
(2)表示请求的祈使句。例如：
Have some tea，please．
Don’t come back too late．
(3)带有不肯定、抱歉等意思的陈述句。例如：
Maybe you’d like some tea．
