oracle的时间取的到底是谁的时间

最近遇到一个问题，发现系统top查看时间和数据库查看sysdate相差甚远
刚好网上也有人问这个问题考试大－全国最大教育类网站(www．Examda。com)
查阅到了官方文档，说明数据库时间是取自系统
SYSDATE
Returns the date and time of the operating system on which the database resides,
taking into account the time zone of the database server’s operating system that was in effect when the database was started
对于不一致的情况，我查看了ntp服务，发现系统时间时钟也不够准确
那么我的结论是：数据库的时间还是应该取自系统，只是系统的时间发生了调整，数据库启动后就计算结果就和系统调整后的时间应该有误差了
强烈建议做好时间同步，并且不要随便更改时间啊
