Lee: Sorry, Jessica is still in the shower. Can I make you some tea while you wait?
Tim: That would be lovely. I really like Taiwanese oolong tea.
Lee: Great, because we have some top-grade high mountain oolong. Have a seat. [goes to kitchen]
Tim: [Trips and falls on a box] Why are there boxes all over the place?
Lee: Oh. Our roommate is moving out.
Tim: Is she leaving Taiwan? Getting married?
Lee: No. She's moving back with her family! She got really upset with us yesterday about the election.
