Notice on the Opening of a 2nd IELTS Test Centre in Shanghai
In response to growing demand, the British Council （known in China as the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy / Consulates General） and the National Education Examinations Authority under the Ministry of Education have decided to open a new test centre at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
